What is tallow, and why use it in skincare?
Tallow is rendered fat from grass-fed cattle — a traditional skincare ingredient used for generations. Its composition is naturally similar to the oils your skin produces, which makes it a rich, deeply compatible moisturizer.
Is your tallow grass-fed?
Yes — we use 100% grass-fed tallow, responsibly sourced, in every balm and soap.
Will the balm work for sensitive skin?
Our balms are made with six ingredients or fewer and no artificial fragrance, which many customers with sensitive or easily-irritated skin appreciate. As with any new skincare product, we recommend patch testing first.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from Ontario within 1–2 business days. Most Canadian orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $100 CAD.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery. If something isn't right with your order, email us and we'll make it right.
