Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be longer during promotional periods, holidays, or high-volume sales events.

Shipping Rates

Canada

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 CAD.
• Shipping rates for orders under $100 CAD will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Canada: 3–8 business days
• United States: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. MODII Natural is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@modiinatural.shop. We will do our best to update the order before it is shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. While we will gladly assist in locating delayed shipments, MODII Natural cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
